With that being said here is some important information for your appointment day.

COVID 19 GUIDELINES
Extra precautionary measures will continue to take place prior to your arrival, upon your arrival, and during your visit to ensure we are safe and comfortable following the Covid19 global pandemic. We ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure our safety.
Each client must be willing to wear a mask.
If you arrive early please notify me, and wait in the reception area. All appointments are one-one and that time is exclusively for the client receiving the service.
In the unfortunate event that you are experiencing any Covid19 symptoms please let me know at least 48hrs prior to your appointment and reschedule.
Please be mindful of your stylist's health by not rescheduling your appointment if you are sick.

Online bookings are mandatory unless agreed otherwise by myself.
Pictures/ and or videos are often taken, if you are camera shy, not to worry please let me know and I will ensure your pictures are discreet and your face is hidden.
I love children and have a listening ear regarding your loved ones however, due to the exclusivity of the clinic I am unable to meet your family and friends or accept plus ones on this occasion.
Need Hair? I sell amazing hair! If you would like to purchase hair please let me know after booking your appointment, I am happy to facilitate.
I will not install a sew-in or hair extensions on freshly relaxed hair. You will have to wait 2-3 weeks before your installation to ensure the health of your hair.
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT OPTIONS
Excluding consultations, a non-refundable deposit is required for all hair services and will be deducted from the total cost of service. Please be advised that there is a processing fee of 1.79% - 3.2% that you will be charged. I do not receive the processing fee it goes directly to the processing company. Deposits are non-refundable and only transferable once if the appointment is rescheduled at least 48hrs prior. Under any circumstance, a cancellation made means that you have agreed to forfeit your deposit.
LATE POLICY
Please inform me ahead of time if you will be late, I love to start on time. However, I understand things happen. You are given a 15 minutes grace period. After 20 minutes there will be a late fee of £25. After 30 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a late cancellation fee, plus half the amount of your service booked.
LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the ability to cancel and reschedule your appointment 48hrs before its scheduled time. If you cancel your appointment less than 48hrs before your scheduled appointment it is considered a late cancellation and you will have to create a new booking.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
A no-call or no-show will be subject to a 100% charge.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
